# 5 - Hanging from the ceiling (Mistress' Idea)

Work in progress as Mistress just asked if we had a way to be tied to the ceiling with hands spread apart.

Slave is standing with hands spread and tied to the ceiling.

Variations


  • Use spreader bar and attach it to the TRX hook
  • tied to the pull up machine in the gym.  This works best if you only need one side.
  • basement bedroom has 2 perfect hooks, but they are right over the bed.  Not good for standing.

    I saw a bench that slave sits on. There was a t shaped frame where slaves arms are fastened, In front ,so slave sits on edge of bench the t frame has a hole in it , a glory hole for ballbusting , I need one use a humbler now
